Club Awards Evening + Club Indoor Handicap Competition – Worcester

The Worcester round is 5 dozen arrows shot at a distance of 20 yards on a special black and white face (compounds will shoot at a five centre face) Five arrows will be shot each end x 12 ends (60 arrows) Each boss shall hold four faces – two higher and two lower. The first two archers on a boss will shoot at the higher targets and the second two at the lower targets. After 2.5 ends (30 arrows) the archers will swap – the first two will shoot at the lower targets and the second two at the top. If an archer shoots at the wrong target their score will not count. Scoring is 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and the round will start with five sighters. For further details please refer to ‘Rule 408 in the Archery GB ‘Rules of Shooting’.
This evening will also incorporate the monthly presentation of awards.
